Come to Madison, WI on January 24th to learn about surviving social media chaos with the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. This seminar is primarily focused on broadcasting issues, however it is open to non members! I’ll be teaching a workshop style class for the first part, and then hosting a round table discussion on social media crisis scenarios and best practices right after.
Interested in how to navigate the internet when a crisis occurs – whether in your business or personal life? This seminar is for you. I will be teaching a variety of techniques on how to not only diffuse a negative situation, but also how to turn that negative situation into a positive. I’ll also cover techniques on how to keep a positive story going.
My brain is uniquely wired to help navigate the murky waters of social media chaos – and I love to use my personal and professional knowledge of the crisis process to help people and organizations prepare for an unexpected event. At some point you will probably be at the center of some sort of internet craziness – and I will help you create a plan that ease your stress.
It also happens to be my birthday… so who knows what will happen ;).
Here’s more details about signing up! I hope to see you there! WBA Social Media Session
